Theme Ideas for a Quinceañera

A Quinceañera is an exciting time in a young woman’s life. Everyone wants their Quinceañera to be perfect. There are so many different ways to personalize your Quinceañera to make it exactly what you want. As far as themes, the ideas are endless. Luckily, we’ve compiled a list of some of our favorites.

1. Fairytale

The fairytale theme is easy to pull off and is a safe bet. Almost every young woman would be happy with a theme like this. Imagining being in the middle of a Disney movie will help you visualize the decorations and accessories to complement the theme.

2. Hawaiian

A great theme for the summer time, Hawaiian is a refreshing take on a Quinceañera celebration. Flowers, tropical drinks, and exotic fruit are all great ways to strengthen the presence of the theme.

3. Candy

The Candy theme offers a lot of options. There are many ways that this theme can be used, however the only drawback is that most of the food and drinks should be sweet-tasting. Other than that, let your imagination do most of the work here.

4. Hollywood

A popular theme (especially for those of us living in SoCal), the Hollywood theme is a great way to celebrate a Quinceañera. The decorations can be set up to resemble a fine gathering in Hollywood, red carpet and all. The best part? The birthday girl gets to be the “star” of the show.

5. Night Time

This theme is incredibly simple and looks really good. With darker colors as the theme, decorations that involve the moon and stars, and a formal dress code, this theme sets the stage for a party to remember. It is also a great theme to use religious symbols with if you choose.

6. Alice in Wonderland

The universe of Alice in Wonderland offers a wildly creative environment with an intriguing cast of characters and creatures. Why not build a Quinceañera around this concept? This theme is fun to plan and is very popular with older and younger generations alike.
